● Conversion-Focused Copywriting: High-impact ad copy built on proven frameworks

● CRO Strategy & Implementation: Data-driven insights and persona-driven landing pages built to improve funnel and website performance

● In-Depth Market Research & Insights: Audience, competitor, and offer research to guide positioning

● Ongoing AI & Marketing Mastery: Required participation in Unicorn Mastermind to stay ahead of industry trends and AI developments

● Reporting: Create comprehensive reports to track performance

● Excellent communication: Work cross-functionally with remote team members effectively and efficiently

● Mastermind engagement: Actively participate in mastermind calls and community engagement

Required Skills:

● Ability to develop image and video creative (organically and through the use of AI)

● Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization a plus (our AI stack and training make this easy to pick up)

● Strong copywriting skills

● Working knowledge of reporting software

● Excellent communication and task management skills

● In-depth knowledge of major paid traffic channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, etc. (knowledge of alternative traffic channels a bonus: Native, Amazon, Snapchat, etc.)
